Dr. Arnold Tarpley Jr. received his undergraduate degree from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. He then went on to complete podiatric medical school at Kent State University’s College of Podiatric Medicine, earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Tarpley completed his residency at Millcreek Community Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Arnold Tarpley Jr. has hospital affiliations with Highlands Hospital in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, and Uniontown Hospital and Elite Surgery Center in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons. His office offers a wide array of foot and ankle procedures including foot and ankle fracture treatment and treatment for bunions and neuromas.
